Habits and tasks, one calm day.
Tick off a habit from your watch, your home screen or a notification. Tabiat keeps the count, shows you the pattern and celebrates when you reach a target.

Your whole day on one list.
Habits and tasks sit together, in the order you would do them.
- Anything overdue comes first, then what is due today, then your habits.
- Drag a card to put the day in your own order.
- Tasks without a date stay at the bottom as a gentle reminder, never as a nag.
- What you finish moves to Done, so you see the day fill up.
Every kind of habit, measured the way it happens.
Yes or no, an amount, a length of time, or a checklist.
- Every day, on set weekdays, a number of times a week or month, or every few days.
- Count in your own unit: glasses, kilometres, pages, euros.
- Hang a new habit on one you already have: “After my morning coffee”.
- Add the small steps that make it easier, and they become tasks.
Quitting gets its own tools.
Stop something completely, or keep it under a limit you choose.
- A clean timer counts days, hours and minutes since you stopped.
- Set a limit per day, week or month, and see when you are over it.
- Tag a relapse with what was going on, and spot the pattern later.
- See what you have saved in money or time.
Tasks that turn up when you need them.
Give a task a due date and decide how early it appears on Today.
- Repeating tasks: every 2 weeks on Monday and Thursday, the last Friday of the month, once a year.
- Done a repeating task late? Choose whether the next date moves with it.
- A reminder at the time you set, with buttons right on the notification.
Log it without opening the app.
The fastest habit is the one you can tick off wherever you are.
Real apps for Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch: tick, add a glass, log minutes.
Home-screen widgets for your day, one habit, a heatmap or a clean timer.
Notifications with buttons: Done, Add, or type an amount.
Statistics you arrange yourself.
Every tap lands in your statistics. Show the cards you care about, hide the rest.
- A heatmap of every day, with your current and longest run.
- Weeks and months against your target, when in the day you do it, your records.
- Your next milestone, and what quitting has saved you.
- A monthly level for how much of your plan you kept.
On your phone first. Synced when you want it.
Tabiat works offline and needs no account.
- Export and import a backup file whenever you like, on any plan.
- With Premium, sign in with your email to sync and back up across your devices.
- Synced data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
Small wins get a moment.
Your first time, a run of days, a hundredth time, a finished day: Tabiat marks it with a short animation and a sound, if you want sound.

Questions
Do I need an account?
No. Tabiat works on your phone without signing up. You only sign in, with your email, if you want Premium sync across devices.
Where is my data stored?
On your phone. If you use Premium sync, a copy is stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Crash reports never include what you wrote.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your 3 most recently logged habits stay active. The others keep their history and wait until you resubscribe. Sync stops.
Which watches are supported?
Apple Watch (watchOS 10 or later) and Galaxy Watch and other Wear OS 3 watches. The watch apps are part of Premium. Notification buttons reach your watch on the free plan too.
Does Tabiat count streaks?
Yes, it shows your current and your longest run. When a run ends, nothing is said about it, and your totals keep counting.
Can I cancel Premium at any time?
Yes, in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
Which languages?
English and German, with more on the way.
What does “Tabiat” mean?
It is the Malay word for habit. Say it TAB-ee-at.
